Call out for POW! 2020

POW! 2019 was "Another triumph of a festival, bigger, better and more wonderful than ever!"

POW! Thanet Festival is forward looking organisation and as we approach our fifth festival with a new team in place  we are working towards creating another exciting,  ambitious line up for next year.
 

If you have an idea for an event or exhibition that could become part of POW! Thanet's  March 2020 festival, whether in visual or performing arts, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for ideas and proposals from artists, performers, workshop leaders and speakers across all genres with a focus on those who live / work in Thanet.

Whether you are part of a venue or organisation, or are an individual practitioner, we invite you to join us at one of the following open forum sessions. At these informal meetings you will be able to meet the team, find out more about next year’s festival, ask questions and put forward ideas.

Monday 20th May, 6-8pm - Townleys, Albion House, Ramsgate
Tuesday 21st May, 6-8pm - Margate Arts Club

If you are unable to make these dates you can also submit your expression of interest via the online form below.

Whether you are new to the festival, or have worked with us before, we would love to hear from you, or from any artists you know who would be interested, so please spread the word!

The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is 30th June 2019.

Please note that all events are subject to funding and all expressions of interest will be considered for inclusion in the festival. If POW! plan to include your work we will let you know by 30th September.
