Huge POW news! Our brilliant Mind Body day that was postponed at the end of the festival in March is back! And you don't even have to leave your sofa! It's now across a whole week and it's free. It runs 13-19th July and everyone is welcome!

Every day at 10am Jo Miller from Solasta Sounds will share tools and guidance on learning to be with anger and fire and it’s sacred tools of fierce female embodiment.  These will be released on all POW social media.

At 7pm each evening we meet on Zoom for panel talks, crafting, performance and workshops. The sessions will be one hour or less. Once you have the zoom link save it as it will be the same all week and you can dip in and join us whenever works.

Monday 13th July 7pm - Birth Then WTF! Clarissa Renee speaks to Jenny Scott, Laura Dockrill and Kierra Campbell. With a workshop from Cat from Margate Pilates.

Tuesday 14th July 7pm - Does My Bum Look Woke In This? Gemma Cairney chats to Pandora Paloma, Rima Theisen and Jasbir Dhillon.  With a performance from Brigitte Aphrodite.

Wednesday 15th July 7pm Femme Sex Power. Ruby Rare talks to Dr Neesha Mohan, Jenefer Odell and Angela Wooi about all things sex.  With a reading from Michelle Kriedemann.

Thursday 16th July 7pm Reimagining The Future. Dani St James reimagines a fairer more diverse future and breaks down steps to achieving it with Vicki Oliver And Susanne Eder from One and Three Quarters, Cassie Leon from Cocoa Butter Club and Daze Aghaji Extinction Rebellions Youth Regen Coordinator.

Friday 17th July 7pm join Zoe Murphy for a craft-a-long friday night in making empowerment banners.

Saturday 18th July 7pm Josie Long, stand up comedian, shares her new show on childbirth and climate change.

Sunday 19th July 11am Fierce Female Embodiment workshop with Jo Miller of Solasta Sounds.
